Pac-Man World Re-Pac: Chogokin Bundle DLC

This game is an absolute amazing title to play and I think that if you play 3D platformer titles or Pac-Man games at all, this is a must purchase at $30. This game is on PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC both physical and digital. This is the price for the standard edition of the game, but what about if there is a special edition of the game? Yes, there is one and it looks absolutely fantastic.

While we do not have the actual physical statue that comes with the Pac-Man World Re-Pac Chrome Noir Chogokin Bundle, we did actually receive the premium DLC that comes with the edition thanks to our friends at Bandai Namco! The DLC is an exclusive skin that comes with this edition that is available on the Bandai Namco store available below. Before you check it out, I will warn you that the edition is $120. That price includes a physical copy of the game, the exclusive DLC, and also a very awesome looking figure of the Chogokin Pac-Man and it also includes 4 ghosts. The special edition is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and the Xbox with each of the links here from the Bandai Namco online store, which it is exclusive to.

Now besides this, what about the DLC in the game. Well, it looks like it doesn’t change the game, rather it just adds a different look for Metal Pac-Man which you change in the options menu. It looks very pretty, but personally if you are not interested in the Chrome Noir Chogokin Figure, it doesn’t seem worth the price of the Chogokin Bundle on its own. Here is a screenshot comparison of what he looks like in the game. So, if you are interested in the figure, this definitely adds to the value of the package, but if you just want this DLC and not the figure, right now there is no other way to get it and it is not worth the price point on its own since it is just a simple cosmetic. Regular Pac-Man does not change, just Metal Pac does. The whole package with the figure, game, and this DLC looks to be an amazing overall package for $120 USD. The figure is tempting me, and I may just dive in and get it when I can as it looks really cool.
