In this article, I’m going to list deals on video games and accessories. and anything else that I think would be of interest. All affiliate links work regardless of what console you choose to purchase your game on. Let’s start off with some video games.
Sonic Frontiers recently came out this month with some OKAY reviews and now it’s discounted at $39.99 on all consoles. I would personally recommend getting it on PS5 or Xbox Series X since I’m not familiar with the performance on the Nintendo Switch, and I also prefer 4K visuals. You can click here to pick it up from Game Stop. Walmart doesn’t have any sales for this game and Target and Gamefly also have it discounted at $39.99 while Amazon has it on sale for $35.99
NBA 2K23 is also up for sale at $39.99 for the standard edition. If you have a next-gen console, I’d recommend getting it on either PS5 or XSX. Click here to pick up your copy. I NEED TO MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR FOR YOU – IF YOU BUY THE STANDARD EDITION FOR LAST-GEN CONSOLES THERE IS NO FREE UPGRADE. THAT IS ONLY EXCLUSIVE TO THE DELUXE, MICHAEL JORDAN, OR CHAMPIONSHIP EDITIONS. You absolutely have to be aware of this because if you pick it up thinking you can save a few extra bucks and get that free upgrade, you’re going to be screwed. Check out their FAQs for yourself. You can also get this from Amazon for $29.99, and Walmart for $35.99.
This is a good one folks! Horizon Forbidden West is on sale and this is definitely a game you must have in your collection, as well as get the full experience for. The PS5 version is on sale for $39.99, but you can get the PS4 version and save yourself an extra $10 AND GET THE FREE UPGRADE! I don’t need to say anything else about this one. Click here to pick it up at Game Stop. Walmart and Amazon have it on sale for $35.99 with no listing for the PS4 version.
Elden Ring is the souls game that set the world on fire and was the talk of the gaming community for quite a while – longer than Horizon Forbidden West actually (both games are Game of The Year contenders). This is an open-world souls game with a lot of replayability and fun to be had when playing with friends. Game Stop has it on sale here for $39.99 while Walmart (with cashback storewide) offers it for $30.51, Amazon, Target, and Best Buy offer it for $39.99 as well. *You can also purchase a last-gen copy and upgrade for free.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is a game that truly shows off what the PS5 can do. I had a lot of fun playing this and I highly recommend adding this to your collection. The major retailers all have this listed at $29.99 so go ahead and grab it asap!
Nier Automata: The End of Yorha Edition has gotten some positive reviews for being ported to the Nintendo Switch in regards to performance and visuals. Another game that recently came out is the sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence (which you can most likely get on subscription services right now) is A Plague Tale: Requiem. Game Stop has it on sale here for $39.99 as well as at Best Buy and Amazon.
There are quite a few Nintendo Switch games on sale, with some of them being first-party titles that are currently listed at $39.99. This is the lowest it’ll probably go even on games that are already a few years old. This is Nintendo we’re talking about, so there’s a 99% chance it won’t go any lower. Our next category is gaming accessories; honestly, I like the deals here. While the selection isn’t huge, there are some things that are worth mentioning. The Sony Playstation Pulse 3D gaming headset debuted at $99.99. At Game Stop, you can pick these up for $69.99 here which saves you $30. You’ll find the same deal at Best Buy and Amazon as well. The Playstation 5 Dualsense controller is one of the more unique controllers on the market for a gaming console, and it feels good in your hands and also provides a more immersive experience when gaming due to the haptic feedback features. Game Stop currently has these controllers listed for $49.99, saving you $25 also at Best Buy and Amazon. Click here for the different controllers to choose from. Speaking of controllers, the Xbox Series X|S controllers are definitely top-quality devices. Game Stop has several colors listed for $54.99 which you can pick up here that’ll save you $10. Best Buy has some listed for $39.99 which will save you $20, while Amazon has it listed at $44 – the only issue with this one is some of the color variants aren’t part of the prime feature so delivery will take a lot longer, and it also looks like it’s being sold by individual retailers so the price may vary depending on the color you want.
Here’s something else that may strike your fancy – internal memory. You can use this for your PC or your PS5. This is the Samsung 980 PRO 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 Internal V-NAND Solid State Drive with Heatsink that Game Stop currently sells for $119.99, which saves you $130. You can snag this bad boy here. Best Buy has it listed for the same price while Amazon has it listed at $109, and Newegg also has it listed for $119.99
